BookMyEvent mobile application and related services.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions
“Application” refers to the BookMyEvent mobile application.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the owners/operators of BookMyEvent.
“User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any person who uses the App.
“Service Providers” refers to event vendors listed on the App.
“Bookings” refers to any reservation made through the App.
2. Use of the Application
You must be at least 18 years old to use BookMyEvent.
You agree to provide accurate and updated information.
You are responsible for your account and login credentials.
3. Services Provided
BookMyEvent allows users to browse event service providers, compare services, make
bookings, and manage event details. We act only as a facilitator between users and
vendors, and are not a party to any service contract.
4. Vendor Listings & Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for accuracy of their profiles, pricing, and details.
BookMyEvent does not guarantee service quality or availability.
Disputes must be resolved directly between users and vendors.
5. Booking, Payments, and Cancellation
5.1 Booking
A booking forms a direct agreement between you and the vendor.
Confirmation is subject to vendor acceptance.
5.2 Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
You must comply with payment terms shown during checkout.
5.3 Cancellation & Refunds
Refund and cancellation policies depend on each vendor.
BookMyEvent is not responsible for vendor-side refunds.
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Upload false, abusive, or misleading content.
Interfere with the functionality of the App.
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and graphics belong to BookMyEvent.
You may not copy or distribute app content without permission.
You grant us permission to use your uploaded content for App-related purposes.
8. Privacy
Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected,
used, and protected.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for vendor service quality or delays.
We are not liable for booking cancellations or losses.
You use the App at your own risk.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify BookMyEvent from any claims, damages, or disputes arising
from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to the Terms
We may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate terms, misuse the App,
or if we discontinue the service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Ernakulam.
